BOXXD:12 Membership
Bills one cycle at a time with no commitment.
This membership will be billed monthly. The first payment will be prorated for the remaining days of the present month. The first full period begins on the 1st of the following month and payment will be processed on that same date each month thereafter. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless others noted, this membership is non transferable.
This membership allows the booking of 12 classes per month. 12 class tokens will be refreshed monthly, inline with the billing date. No shows and late cancellations (in accordance with our policy) will not be reimbursed and any remaining credits for the month can not be carried across to the following month. This membership does not guarantee a space on a class, booking will still be first come, first served. Cancellation policy is consistent with all BOXXD Fitness membership policies.
BOXXD:ULTD Membership

This membership will be billed monthly. The first payment will be prorated for the remaining days of the present month. Unless others noted, this membership is non transferable.
This membership allows the booking of unlimited classes per month. No shows and late cancellations (in accordance with our policy) will not be reimbursed and any remaining credits for the month can not be carried across to the following month. This membership does not guarantee a space on a class, booking will still be first come, first served. Cancellation policy is consistent with all BOXXD Fitness membership policies.
Membership Amendments:
Membership payments will be charged automatically each month on the 1st (first) of the month. Unless otherwise stated. The initial payment will be prorated for a partial month, as necessary, calculated as (number of days remaining in the month)/(monthly fee).
If you wish to change your billing date you can do so by logging into your account and amend the monthly billing date, otherwise, contact 07711154442 and we can assist you with this.
Planned Gym Closures:
BOXXD Fitness may choose to close it's doors for up to 2 weeks of the year to allow for staff holiday. These dates will be communicated to members a minimum of 1 month prior to the closure. Members direct debits will be altered to account for the number of days the gym is closed or sessions will be reallocated to alternative time slots to ensure the same number of weekly open hours.
Holding:
If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can send us an email on info@boxxdfitness.com and we will process that for you.
All members have the option to put their membership on hold. The hold period can be no less than 30 days and must be requested with a specified release date. No indefinite holds will be granted unless specified by BOXXD Fitness. There is a maximum hold period of 3 months (unless otherwise agreed with Ben Smith for reasons such as: pregnancy, injury with doctors note, etc).
A notice period of 30 days must be given before you would like the hold to begin. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
In addition, you will be billed £30 per month you choose hold. Any funds paid while on hold will be deducted from your first membership upon the reactivation of your account. If you do not choose to reactivate your account these funds are non refundable.
Cancellation:
If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, you can submit a cancellation request via email to info@boxxdfitness.com. After this email, you will be required to fill out a short questionnaire. This questionnaire response will serve as your 30-day written cancellation request as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled 30-days from the submission of the cancellation questionnaire response. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee of the difference between the membership you were on and the membership you should have been on as outlined in your membership agreement. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), new membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable.
