Waiver – I hereby state that I have read, understood and answered honestly the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR- Q). I also state that I wish to participate in personal training activities which may include, but is not limited to, aerobic exercise, resistance training, stretching, fitness assessments, interval training, running and daily workouts (hereafter referred to as Activities). I realise that my participation in these Activities involves the risk of injury and even, the possibility of death. Furthermore, I hereby confirm that I am voluntarily participating in such Activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and that I expressly assume and accept sole responsibility for my own health and safety.
I further acknowledge that neither trainers owners or other personnel representing the gym take any responsibility for any other individual I invite to the premises. Children, elderly and any other individuals brought by me remain my responsibility at all times. I understand that it is my responsibility to reiterate these terms as by attending the premises, they too waive their right to all and any claims against the gyms trainers, owners or managers.
I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to ensure that my child/children remain on the mezzanine level at all times. I understand that children are not permitted on the gym floor during any sessions and must not handle or play with any gym equipment.*

I am aware that the mezzanine area includes stairs and that there is no stair gate in place. I therefore accept full responsibility for the safety and supervision of my child/children, including any risks of falling down the stairs. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in me being asked not to bring my child/children to the premises in future.
Allergy statement and disclaimer: I acknowledge that coffee and other products containing milk (a dairy product) are sold and consumed on these premises. I understand that TGTHR fitness and its coaches cannot guarantee the absence of dairy or other allergens. TGTHR is not responsible for any cross contamination.
Consumption of hot drinks: I acknowledge that I consume all hot beverages on the premises at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for any burns, scalds or other injuries that may result from consuming hot drinks. Any hot beverages prepared for me by a coach, is consumed entirely at my own risk - I accept full responsibility for any burns, scalds, allergic reactions that may result.
I declare myself physically and mentally sound and suffering from no condition, injury, impairment, disease, infirmity, or other illness that would prevent my participation in training sessions. I recognise that it is my sole responsibility to obtain an examination by a doctor prior to involvement in an exercise programme. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and been given my doctor’s permission to participate or, IF I HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO OBTAIN MY DOCTOR’S PERMISSION PRIOR TO BEGINNING THESE ACTIVITIES, I ACKNOWLEDGE I AM DOING SO AT MY OWN RISK.
In acknowledging that I am aware of and willing to assume and accept the risks associated with these Activities, I hereby voluntarily agree TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against The Trainers and its owners, directors, personal trainers, instructors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereafter referred to as the “RELEASEES”) and to release the RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death that I may suffer or my next of kin may suffer as a result of my participation in these Activities, except where any such loss, damage or injury is the direct result of negligence on the part of the RELEASEES.
This Agreement and any rights, duties, and obligations as between the parties to this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any litigation involving the parties to this Agreement shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
In entering into this Agreement I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by The Trainers with respect to the safety of my participation in physical activity other than what is set forth in this Agreement.

TGTHR – Rules of Membership
1. Your times of use:
Flex and Limited Memberships
Class times are displayed on daily timetable. Access to open gym available on request.
These times are subject to variation for operational reasons.
2. Use of the facilities:
This is dependent on you maintaining payments of your monthly membership cost. If any monthly payment is not received on the due date for payment, then your membership will (except in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion) be automatically suspended until all due payments have been brought up to date.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to suspend and/or cancel your membership.
Any property stored in the gym is stored at your own risk. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur whilst using the gym.
On joining, all members are offered an instructions on how to use of the equipment. We strongly recommend that this is undertaken. If you are subsequently unsure how to use any equipment, please ask a member of the team.
You must inform us if you have sustained a personal injury elsewhere or have developed a medical condition that may have consequences for training.
Suitable gym clothing and clean trainers must be worn at all times. Denim is not permitted.
Equipment must be treated with respect and they should be replaced after use.
Equipment must be wiped down after use, left clean and dry and replaced in the correct area.
You may not use the gym or participate in a class when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that may affect your safety.
Only TGTHR training Trainers are permitted to train members in the premises.
Any training done during open gym is done at your own risk. We do not accept any liability for any injury’s that may occur. Open gym is unsupervised and Not coached.
3. Bookable activities:
Bookings are only accepted from members whose membership fees are up to date.
Attendance for your class must be registered upon arrival at the reception desk or you should be checked in by the coach running the class.
Cancellation of a booking must be made no later than 2 hours (or 10pm the prior night for morning bookings) before the booking is due to start.
If you have an injury or illness that may affect your ability to participate, or if you are a beginner, please consult the instructor before the class starts.
Entrance to a class may be refused should you arrive after the warm up has been completed.
Classes and instructors are subject to change.
We reserve the right to restrict a members ability to pre-book classes if the member persistently fails to attend booked classes.
4. General
Membership does not guarantee the availability of a parking space. Parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
Members must keep their personal details up to date at all times. Any changes should be made via the members area in our booking system.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the gym.
Food and chewing gum are not permitted within the gym area or during classes.
We ask you to familiarise yourself with the contents of our signs, notices on display and the location of the emergency exits.
You are required to abide by our policy on the use of cameras, video and mobilephones.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the termination of your membership.
Day Passes
Day Passes are valid for entry to the given day purchased.
All other gym etiquette applies to Day Pass users.
