By signing up for an exercise class at CrossFit Skipton, I hereby Agree that there are certain inherent dangers in participating in exercise classes and using the equipment provided in exercise classes. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and any other programs provided by CrossFit Skipton, and to use its facilities and equipment, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge CrossFit Skipton, its offices, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of the facilities and equipment in the above mentioned activities. I do hereby release all of those mentioned above and any others that maybe effected by this provision. I further agree that I participate at my own risk. I also agree to disclose any and all health related issues which may or may not be of relevance to the instructor, prior to participating.
