Henlow Functional Fitness (HFF) Small Group PT
Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer
Welcome to Henlow Functional Fitness (HFF)!
As I’ve said from the start, my goal is to build a supportive, friendly community where like-minded people can train, grow, and have a laugh along the way. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly—I'll always do my best to help.
Please read through the following Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Disclaimer. They’re here to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is on the same page. I've kept it as straightforward as possible, but feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Membership & Payments
Gold Membership
£149 per calendar month
Includes up to 16 group sessions per month
Platinum Membership
£175 per calendar month
Unlimited sessions
Joining Fee: £50 (one-off, non-refundable)
Please note: Sessions are not held on Bank Holidays, Boxing Day, or during the Christmas break. These are considered rest days. Occasionally, I may open the gym on some holidays—if so, you'll be notified via the app (usually with restricted hours).
Session Bookings
Book sessions through the WodBoard app, which you'll be given access to once the joining fee is paid.
Booking opens once the session has finished for the week ahead (1 week at a time).
If you book a session, please attend. If you can’t, cancel with reasonable notice so someone else can take the spot.
All sessions are non-refundable.
Memberships run month to month with no minimum term. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, but if you return later, the joining fee will apply again.
I reserve the right to change the timetable to suit the needs of the facility. The schedule is reviewed every 12 weeks.
In the event of an emergency or illness, I will try to arrange cover. If I need to cancel, I’ll give you as much notice as possible.
