Ascension Training - CrossFit Epsom

(Applies to all Monthly Memberships & Personal Training Memberships)

1. Membership Agreement

By signing up to any membership or personal training package with Ascension Training – CrossFit Epsom, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all membership types unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Minimum Term

All memberships are subject to a minimum term of 90 days from the start date.

Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial 90-day period.

3. Joining Fee

A one-off joining fee of £30 applies to all new memberships unless explicitly waived as part of a promotion. (This does not include PT memberships.)

The joining fee is non-refundable.

4. Payments

Memberships are billed monthly in advance via direct debit.

Personal Training memberships may be billed monthly or per agreed block.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of access until the balance is cleared.

5. Cancellation Policy

After completion of the initial 90-day minimum term, memberships may be cancelled by providing one full calendar month’s notice.

Notice must be submitted in writing.

The final month’s payment will be taken as normal.

6. Paused Memberships

Membership pauses may be approved at management discretion.

Paused memberships will incur a £20 per month administrative fee unless these are for medical reasons.

This fee is to hold the member’s space in the event the gym reaches capacity.

A paused membership does not remove the requirement for notice.

If a membership is paused at the time of cancellation, it must be reactivated and the one month notice fee will still apply.

7. Personal Training Memberships

Personal Training memberships are subject to the same minimum term and cancellation terms unless otherwise agreed.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule PT sessions.

8. Use of Facilities

Members must follow gym rules and safety guidance at all times.

Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of membership.

9. Refund Policy

Membership fees, joining fees, and PT fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions are at management discretion only

10. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, attending sessions, or making payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
