TFC Group and Gym Floor Membership Terms (concession card agreement below)
I acknowledge and agree that I will maintain membership and pay the dues specified above for a minimum term of 1 month.
Membership Renewal: After the initial 1 month term has expired, this agreement shall automatically continue from month to month at the prevailing membership rate.
Membership hold: I understand that I can put my membership on hold at any time with 1 week notice.
Cancellation: I will give 1 week's notice in writing to cancel (not applicable to holiday passes). I am responsible for all charges billed or incurred prior to cancellation. I further agree that my membership benefits are exclusive to me and are in no way transferable to anyone else. If I cancel my membership I understand that any discounts or membership rates that I receive will be forfeited should I join again.

Failure to attend the Classes does not relieve me of the obligation to pay the full tuition for the program in which I am currently enrolled.
CONCESSION CARD MEMBERSHIP
I understand that my concession card is valid for 24 months unless otherwise agreed.
