This is where your CrossFit journey begins. A 2 hour session with our coaching staff that will get you ready, confident and excited for training at Win Fitness.
There is no required fitness level to begin and we welcome all abilities, ages and training backgrounds. The course is not a test. It is kept fun and informative. Groups are kept small for maximum coaching impact and so we can get to know you and your training goals.
The First Hour - In the classroom
We start with an overview of our training methodology and what to expect from the program. Then we break out to cover our fundamental movements — the Squat and Press series, followed by our Olympic Lifts: the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. We'll also walk you through our class setup and how a 1 hour CrossFit class actually works.
The Second Hour - your first class
You jump straight into a live CrossFit class with our regular members. A dedicated foundations coach stays alongside you as your shadow — so you're never on your own, the movements you just covered are fresh in your mind, and you get to experience exactly what Win Fitness is all about: real coaching, real community, real work.
Following the session you receive a 14 day pass to experience as many classes as you like.
