The coach will evaluate your training based on classes you have attended and stats in wodboard as well as a quick look at lifestyle factors. You will receive feedback based around the top 2 priorities the coach feels would make the biggest difference to your goals. Bookings available 24 hours in advance

The 15-minute Food diary feedback call is a fantastic way to ensure your Nutrition is matching your training goals. Your Nutrition plays a major part in achieving your goals and this is the perfect way to start making that happen. You will receive feedback based around the top 2 priorities the nutritionist feels would make the biggest difference to your goals. You are required to fill in a food diary for 3 days either through my fitness pal app or an online diary. The diary needs to be completed at least 24 hours prior to you call. Bookings available 48 hours in advance
