This workshop is designed to support women who are fasting during Ramadan and want to continue training in a safe, informed, and sustainable way.
We’ll cover how fasting impacts energy, hydration, recovery, and performance, and how to adapt your training and nutrition accordingly. You’ll learn when to train, how to adjust intensity, and how to listen to your body without guilt or fear of “doing it wrong”.
This is a practical, educational session, not a workout , with space for discussion and questions.

This workshop is women-only, open to all fitness levels, and suitable for both members and non-members.
