FORTIS FOUNDATIONS is a six-week coached course designed to build confidence, improve technique, and help you feel at home across the FORTIS class timetable.
Each weekly session runs at a calmer pace than a standard class and combines:
• focused coaching on a key foundational movement
• guided exposure to a FORTIS class style
With a 90-minute session, there’s more time to break things down, ask questions, and practise without feeling rushed.
This course is about learning and understanding how we train at FORTIS - not intensity, pressure, or “keeping up”. You’ll spend time practising positions, understanding scaling options, and learning where movements show up across our regular classes, so you can approach training with confidence and clarity.

• Saturdays | 10:00 - 11:30 (90-minute sessions)

• Limited spaces to protect coaching quality

• Anyone nervous about certain movements or class styles
• Those wanting to learn or revisit the fundamentals of lifting and movement

• Everything is fully coached and scalable, so suitable for all abilities
PRICING
£80.00 upfront (booked as a full six-week course)
On completion, participants receive a SIX CLASS PASS (£55.00 value), issued on course completion and valid for six weeks. Usable on regular FORTIS classes only: GRAFT, BUILD, ENGINE, RIDE:CON, RIDE, BOX:CON and WOW.
For monthly members, this will be applied as a £55.00 credit toward your next membership payment.
Minimum attendance of 4 out of 6 sessions required for training credit.
