Get ready for an unforgettable day of sweat, grit, and community spirit! The CrossFit Bicester Summer Series is back — this time with a Same-Sex Pairs Throwdown. Whether you're an experienced competitor or new to the competition floor, we've got a division for you.
Teams of two will take on a series of challenging, fun, and balanced workouts throughout the day. Expect classic CrossFit-style programming designed to test your engine, strength, coordination, and teamwork. Sun’s out, barbells out — this is your chance to throw down with your training partner and battle it out for the podium!

RX (Male/Male & Female/Female)
Scaled (Male/Male & Female/Female)
SCALE/LEGENDS: this division is for scaled athletes that do CrossFit or functional fitness, that have some skills, but are still working on mastering their skills. There will be slightly lower weights & scaled skilled movements:
Assisted Pull up
Single Unders
Clean & Jerks 45/30kg
Snatch 40/25kg
Deadlift 80/50kg
1x Dumbbell 22.5/15
2x dumbbell 15/10kg
RX/ INTERMEDIATE: This is for the Athletes that are RX or intermediate (Great for confidence) at least one athlete that can do some higher skills. Weights and movements that you can expect:
Double under (high volume single under)
Pull ups/ C2B/ Muscle up(at least 1 athlete)
Toes to bar
Clean & Jerk 60/40kg
Snatch 50/35kg
Deadlift 100/70kg
Overhead squat 50/35kg
2x Dumbbell 22.5/15kg
Once signed up you will receive a registration email, that teams will need to fill out to pick their team name, division.
