Unlimited Fitness Ltd - Waiver
I wish to participate in the exercise and training program offered by Unlimited Fitness Ltd.
I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. Consequently, I have been examined by a physician of my choice and have obtained his/her approval for my participation in a fitness program within sixty (60) days of the date set forth below.
No change has occurred in my physical condition since the date such approval was given which might affect my ability to participate in the fitness program. If a physician has not examined me, I agree to see a physician within sixty (60) days of the date set forth below to obtain his/her approval for my participation in a fitness program.
I agree that Unlimited Fitness Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any injuries to me resulting from my participation in the fitness program (whether at home, at the training studio, outdoors, or at a corporate, commercial, residential or other fitness facilities) and I expressly release and discharge Unlimited Fitness Ltd and its owners, employees, agents and/or assigns, from all claims, actions, judgments and the like which I or my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns may have or claim to have as a result of any injury or other damage which may occur in connection with my participation in the fitness program, excepting only an injury caused by the gross negligence or intentional act of such person or persons. This Release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
I understand that I am not obligated to perform nor participate in any activity that I do not wish to do and that it is my right to refuse such participation at any time during my training sessions.
I understand that should I feel lightheaded, faint, dizzy, nauseated, or experience pain or discomfort, I am to stop the activity and inform my Trainer.
I understand the results of any fitness program cannot be guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions.
I understand that during a training session, my trainer may have to use Touch Training to correct alignment and/or to focus my concentration on a particular muscle area to be targeted. If I feel uncomfortable or experience any type of discomfort with Touch Training, I will immediately request that my trainer discontinue using this technique.
I understand that the usage of any nutritional supplements is done under my own will.
I understand that Unlimited Fitness Ltd. may photograph and/or film their client events/sessions and I agree to allow them to use these pictures, films, and/or likenesses of me for promotional purposes. In the event I choose not to allow the use of the same for said purpose, I agree that I must inform Unlimited Fitness Ltd of this in writing.
Class Member Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel or downgrade your membership you must give two weeks written notice (a pro-rata payment may be taken if necessary).
Pausing Membership
Members are allowed implement pauses to their memberships, but not exceeding a total of 28 days in the a calendar year.
At the time of a membership pause request, the member must also give a date for their membership to be reactivated.
Class Cancellations & Bookings
Class booking will close 60 minutes before the class scheduled start time. All members must be booked onto the classes before attending, or have confirmation from the class coach to attend.
If a member cannot attend a class, they are required to cancel their booking a minimum of 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a member does not book off the class and does not attend the class, they will lose one of their allotted sessions if applicable.
Personal Training Cancelation Policy
Should you wish to cancel or downgrade your membership you must give 4 weeks written notice (a pro-rata payment may be taken if necessary).
Personal Training Session Cancellations Policy
If a personal training client cannot attend their session, they are required to inform their personal trainer and cancel the session a minimum of 180 minutes before the scheduled start time.
If a personal training client does not cancel their session and does not attend they will lose one of their allotted sessions.
I have read the statements of this legal document, understood the statements of this legal document and agree with its terms and conditions.
I understand that this document is complete unto itself and that any oral promises or representations made to me concerning this document and/or its terms and conditions are not binding upon Unlimited Fitness Ltd, its officers, agents and/or employees.
I have voluntarily signed it and executed it voluntarily with full knowledge of its meaning, significance and implications.
Do you feel pain in your chest when you perform physical activity?
Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?
Do you lose your balance due to dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?
Do you have high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes or a heart condition?
Have you had a recent surgery?
Have you had a recent pregnancy?
Do you take any medication that might affect your physical performance or well-being?

Class Member Cancellation Policy;
To cancel a membership, the Member must provide a minimum of four (4) weeks’ written notice. This notice period will commence from the date of the Member’s next scheduled monthly payment following receipt of the cancellation request. Membership privileges and payment obligations will continue throughout the notice period. No refunds or partial payments will be issued for unused portions of the notice period.
Example:
If a member submits a cancellation request on March 10 and their next monthly payment is due on March 15, the four-week notice period will begin on March 15 and conclude on April 12. The membership will remain active, and the Member will retain access to the facility until April 12.
Pausing Membership;
Members may request to pause their membership for personal reasons, subject to the following conditions:
• The total duration of any membership pause(s) must not exceed twenty-one (21) consecutive or non-consecutive days within any 365-day period, calculated from the Member’s original join date.
• All pause requests must be submitted in writing and must include the intended reactivation date at the time of the request.
• Memberships will automatically resume on the specified reactivation date, and regular billing will continue from that date.
If a member elects to pause their membership for the full allowable 21 consecutive days and subsequently submits a cancellation request, they will be liable for two (2) full monthly payments at their current membership rate following the date of the cancellation request. Membership access and payment obligations will continue throughout this notice period. No refunds or pro-rata payments will be issued for any unused portion of the notice period.
Class Cancellations & Bookings;
All Members must be booked onto a class in advance to attend. Class bookings close 90 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. Members without a valid booking may not attend unless prior confirmation has been granted by the class coach.
If a member is unable to attend a booked class, they must cancel their booking no less than 90 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the following:
• If the Member does not attend and fails to cancel, one session will be deducted from their membership allowance (where applicable).
• If the Member remains on the attendance list and does not attend, a £15 no-show fee may be applied.
The gym reserves the right to apply the above measures consistently to ensure fair access to classes for all Members.
Personal Training Cancelation Policy;

Personal Training Session Cancellations Policy;
Clients must provide a minimum of five (5) hours’ notice to their Personal Trainer if they are unable to attend a scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than five hours’ notice, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the session being forfeited and the full session fee charged.
Nutrition Coaching Policy;
Nutrition coaching is offered as a minimum three (3) month commitment. By enrolling, the Member agrees to complete the full three-month term. Early termination by the Member will not result in any refund, credit, or transfer of unused services.
Nutrition coaching cannot be paused, deferred, or rescheduled once the term has commenced, regardless of circumstances.
Following completion of the initial three-month term, the Member may continue on a rolling monthly basis. To cancel ongoing nutrition coaching after the initial term, the Member must provide a minimum of one (1) month's written notice.
Example:
If a member submits a cancellation request on March 10 and their next monthly payment is due on March 15, the four-week notice period will begin on March 15 and conclude on April 12. The membership will remain active, and the Member will retain access to the facility until April 12.
Unlimited Fitness Ltd - FFT Code of Conduct
To maintain a focused, respectful, and high-performing training environment, all Members of this facility are expected to observe the following Code of Conduct:
1. Punctuality
Members must arrive on time for all scheduled classes, personal training sessions, and open gym slots. Late arrivals disrupt coaching flow and may be denied entry to the session at the coach’s discretion.
2. Preparedness
Members must arrive equipped with appropriate training footwear, hydration, and any personal performance gear (e.g., grips, belts, monitors) required for CrossFit or HYROX sessions. Come ready to train and warm up on time.
3. Respect for Coaches
Coaches are here to guide your development and ensure safety. All instructions must be followed with a cooperative and professional attitude. Disrespect toward coaching staff will not be tolerated.
4. Respect for Equipment and Facility
All equipment must be used correctly, handled with care, and returned to its designated area immediately after use. Members are required to wipe down equipment after each use using the cleaning supplies provided.
5. Respect for Fellow Athletes
Whether you're competing, training, or recovering, maintain a positive and inclusive environment. Encourage one another, give space when needed, and avoid disruptive behavior. Every athlete, regardless of experience level, deserves respect.
6. Community Standards
CrossFit and HYROX thrive on community. Members are expected to contribute to a supportive atmosphere, help maintain a clean and organized space, and uphold the values of effort, humility, and integrity.
Non-compliance with this Code may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, depending on the severity or frequency of the breach.
