If purchasing a membership (contract) you agree to monthly payments to be automatically taken from your bank card listed on your GoCardless profile.
If your bank card expires, payments will continue to be taken and your account will show a negative balance. In this situation, full payment must be received before you will be allowed to book future services/classes at CrossFit MTN.
Should you want to cancel your membership, send written confirmation to the following email: info@crossfitmtn.com. This must be received 2 weeks before the end of the month.
No refund will be issued for unused sessions on any membership.
Please Note: Removing your card details or cancelling you mandate does not cancel your membership and may result in debt collection agencies being contacted.
Cancellation Policy
CrossFit MTN enforces a 2-hour cancellation policy due to the high demand for classes.
No refunds will be given if cancellations occur within this 2-hour period and will be classed as late cancels.

Refund & Returns policy
We only offer refunds if CrossFit MTN is at fault.
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or products that have been worn.
CrossFit MTN does not offer to freeze memberships. Memberships can only be canceled as per the cancelation policy. If an individual cancels and rejoins, they will pay the new membership price if it has increased and not offered their old rate.

Recordings of calls we receive or make;

Where you have named someone as your next of kin and provided us with personal data about that individual, it is your responsibility to ensure that that individual is aware of and accepts the terms of this Privacy Policy.

In the interests of training and continually improving our services, calls to us and our agents may be monitored or recorded.
Personal data relating to children
We hold data relating to members aged under 16 years old in order to deliver fitness services specifically for children. We collect and process this data with the consent of a parent or holder of parental responsibility.
Information we receive from other sources
If you are an employee or acquaintance of one of our clients who has taken up one of our services, we may be passed your name, contact number, and email address, in order to get in touch with you to arrange an appointment or collect further information from you.
Reasons for collecting that personal data
We collect and store your personal data in order to provide you with membership-related services, such as access to our facilities. The legal basis for processing any personal information as part of this request is processed on the basis of the performance of a contract or taking necessary steps to enter into a contract. Examples include:
Registering you for membership to our club;
Managing your membership account and the products and/or services available to you through it;
Collecting and managing your payment for membership and, if you do not pay, taking such steps as are necessary to arrange for you to make that payment; and
To notify you about changes to our products or services; and

CCTV use within the fitness club; and
To contact members to provide them with information about offers, products, and services through email, SMS, and post.
Who do we share your personal data with:
In the usual course of our business, we may disclose your personal data (to the extent necessary) to certain third-party organizations that we use to support the delivery of our services. This may include the following:
Business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you,
Organizations providing IT systems support and hosting in relation to the IT systems on which your information is stored,
Third-party debt collectors for the purposes of debt collection,
Delivery companies for the purposes of transportation,
Third-party service providers for the purposes of the storage of information and confidential destruction; and

Receiving communications from CrossFit MTN Limited and updating your preferences
If you are an existing customer and have not opted out of receiving marketing communication from us at the time you provided your personal details, we will contact you by email and SMS to inform you of our products and services we think may be of interest to you. You are able to update your marketing contact preferences at any time in the 'contact' section of your profile you use to book sessions etc.

Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
There is an absolute right to stop your personal data from being used for direct marketing. If you wish to amend your marketing preferences or prevent your personal data from being used for marketing purposes please either amend it yourself in your profile via our website or send your objection to info@crossfitmtn.com .
Retention of personal data
We do not retain personal data for as long as necessary and we will retain personal data provided to us in line with our retention schedule. Once the period has elapsed, we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with our data handling policies.

We take the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data seriously and have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure that your information is kept secure. We conduct assessments to ensure the ongoing security of our information systems.
Personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. All information you provide to us is stored securely. Any payment transactions on our website will be processed securely by third-party payment processors.

It is your right to request the deletion of your data from our records, except (as explained above) if it is necessary for us to perform our legal obligations or contractual obligations to you or another third party. Use of photos on social media for adults and kids:
In agreeing to this policy, members of CrossFit MTN are giving consent for photos to be used by the business for promotional and business use. For members under the age of 16, the parent/guardian/adult signing them up is agreeing to this on their behalf.
If you do not agree to this, then please let a member of staff know and they will ensure your photograph is not used for promotional or business use.
