I grant permission to Saxon Fitness, and its employees, to use photographs, video images and audio taken of me at any facility or function for use in any and all marketing, public relations and advertising mediums used by Saxon Fitness, and to use such photographs, video images and audio in electronic versions of the same for any and all media distributions without notifying me.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, video images or audio or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs, video images and audio.

I hereby agree to release, defend and hold harmless Saxon Fitness and its employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via electronic media, social media, or on web sites, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs, video images or audio, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

I hereby acknowledge that use of the gym facilities and equipment, participation in the classes, and in the training provided at SAXON FITNESS by SAXON FITNESS exposes me to inherent risks which can include accidents, falls, illness, injury or even death.

I confirm that I know of no medical, physical or mental reasons why I would not be capable of performing the physical activity in which I choose to participate at SAXON FITNESS. I acknowledge my responsibility in communicating to a staff member prior to commencing activity, any physical and/or mental concerns affecting me which could conflict with participation in my chosen gym activities.

I assume all risks of injuries associated with use of SAXON FITNESSand its facilities including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, exercises and techniques taught to me by trainers employed by or providing services for SAXON FITNESS and all other risks being known and appreciated by me.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, in consideration of accepting my use of the gym facilities and of services provided to me at SAXON FITNESS by SAXON FITNESS I agree to Hold Harmless, Waive and Release SAXON FITNESS, its directors, employees, representatives, anyone else providing a service at SAXON FITNESS and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands or claims of any kind arising out of my use of facilities at SAXON FITNESS or out of my participation in training, classes or anything else organised by or on behalf of SAXON FITNESS.

This Policy sets out the obligations of Saxon Fitness regarding data protection and the rights of users in respect of their personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (“the Regulation”).

Your data is not supplied to third parties.

Emails received from you will be retained but will be deleted immediately after use if you request this preference.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to SAXON FITNESS using your personal data at any time, and to request that we will delete it.

How and Where Do we Store Your Data?
We keep your personal data for as long as you remain an active regular of SAXON FITNESS in order to use it as described above.

Two years after this time, or immediately upon notification of death of a member or a request to be forgotten, all personal data will be deleted.

Data stored in hard copy form and on computers used for processing will be located in secure UK workplaces designed to prevent access by unauthorised personnel.
Computers and data files will be password protected.

Computer data files and backup files may be located in the cloud in encrypted form on computers residing outside of the UK.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by us. Under the GDPR, no fee is payable and we will provide any and all information in response to your request free of charge.
