Our classes are physically challenging and carries with it risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. These include the risk of personal injury.
Rules
You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times.
You must not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
You must follow any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given to you by a member of staff. Ask a member of staff if you are unclear.
If you are pregnant, you must let us know before you can participate in any of the classes.
We are not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate. You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating.

You are responsible for using equipment safely and as directed. You must behave sensibly and follow any safety instructions so as not to hurt or injure yourself or others.

We may also take photos/video content for social media platforms or marketing which you are giving consent to use. If you are unhappy with this term then please just mention to the coach at the time and no further pictures will be taken.

You release us, our directors, employees and representatives from any and all liability whatsoever for any loss, claim, damage, injury, illness, legal fees or action arising out of your participation in our Crossfit classes or open gym sessions.
