This Agreement is made between: Endeavour Collective Limited and the Member (listed).

By signing this agreement, you confirm your understanding of, and consent to, the terms and conditions outlined in this document and confirm that you are capable of participating in moderate to high intensity exercise.

To ensure your safety during physical activity, please answer the following questions:

Acknowledgment of Risk and Informed Consent

I understand that participating in physical training and workouts at Endeavour Collective involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle soreness, fatigue, equipment failure, or, in very rare cases, serious health events such as cardiac complications or death. These risks may result from my own actions, those of others around me, or unforeseen circumstances.

Specific Risks:

I am aware of the condition known as Rhabdomyolysis ("Rhabdo"), which can occur during intense physical activity and may cause muscle pain, weakness, dark urine, and other symptoms. I understand that if I experience these symptoms, I must immediately seek emergency medical treatment.

I understand that exercise levels are progressive and regulated by the coach. Some discomfort such as local muscle soreness and fatigue may occur and typically resolves within 48 hours.

Training Safety Measures:

Endeavour Collective trainers are qualified First Aiders, trained in CPR, and aware of emergency procedures to minimize risks should unexpected events occur. I agree to inform the coach immediately if I feel unwell or unsafe at any point.

I understand that participation in activities and the use of equipment is voluntary and at my own risk. I agree to follow all instructions provided by coaches to ensure my safety and the safety of others.

Section 3: Release of Liability and Waiver

In consideration of these risks, I hereby release Endeavour Collective Limited, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my participation in activities, both on and off-site, including claims arising from their negligence.

I understand that:

I waive all legal recourse, except in cases of proven negligence by Endeavour Collective.

Endeavour Collective accepts no liability for personal injuries, except in accordance with insurance cover for liability insurance.

I agree that Endeavour Collective is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property I bring into the gym.

Indemnification:
I agree to be financially responsible for any injuries I may cause to myself or others due to my actions. Should Endeavour Collective incur legal fees to enforce this waiver, I agree to reimburse these costs.

Section 4: Photo Release

I grant Endeavour Collective Limited permission to use photographs or videos of me taken during activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online media, printed materials, and social media platforms.

Section 5: Member Behavior and Conduct

To maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment at Endeavour Collective, all members must adhere to the following:

Respect fellow members, staff, and the facility at all times.

Follow hygiene standards, including cleaning equipment after use and wearing appropriate gym attire.

Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including loud, aggressive, or unsafe actions.

Use equipment as instructed and return it to its designated location after use.

Refrain from damaging gym property or equipment. Any damages caused may result in charges to the member.
Membership Termination
Failure to adhere to the terms of this agreement, including the above standards of behavior, may result in the suspension or cancellation of your membership at the discretion of Endeavour Collective Limited. No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships due to breaches of this agreement.

Section 6: Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By completing this agreement, I confirm that:

I understand and accept the risks involved in participating in physical activities at Endeavour Collective.

I accept full responsibility for my participation and agree to follow the instructions of the coaches at all times.

I waive any legal claims against Endeavour Collective Limited, except in cases of proven negligence.

Membership Options

1) Unlimited Monthly Membership:
Start anytime; the first payment is on the sign-up date, then collected monthly on the same date until you cancel.
Book unlimited classes, one class per day each month.

2) 8, 12, or 16 Sessions Monthly Membership:
Start anytime; the first payment is on the sign-up date, then collected on the same date each month until you cancel.
Includes 8, 12, or 16 sessions each month. Sessions not used will roll over, with a maximum of 1 session for 8 monthly, 2 for 12 monthly, and 3 for 16 monthly memberships roll over. Unused sessions from packs will not be rolled over.

3) Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Members on 8, 12, or 16 Session Memberships forfeit the session for late cancellations or no-shows.
Unlimited Monthly Members are charged £1.50 for late cancellations and £3 for no-shows.

Membership Management

4) Membership Renewals and Cancellations:
Monthly rolling memberships automatically renew monthly at the end of the month from the date of purchase. Packs automatically renew upon completion of the pack or on expiration, or until you cancel.
To cancel your membership, email contact@endeavourcollectivegym.com with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next billing date.

5) Membership Pause Policy:
Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 3 weeks.

General Terms

6) Payment:
Payments are collected automatically on the same date each month using the payment method provided during sign-up.
It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that payment details are up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension of access to the gym and membership services.

7) Member Conduct: To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, Members agree to:
Respect all gym staff, coaches, and fellow members.
Follow hygiene standards, including cleaning equipment after use and wearing appropriate gym attire.
Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including loud or aggressive actions.
Use equipment as instructed and return it to its designated location after use.
Refrain from damaging gym property or equipment. Members may be charged for damages caused by negligent or intentional actions.
Membership Termination: Endeavour Collective reserves the right to terminate memberships for breaches of these terms, including inappropriate behavior or failure to adhere to gym policies. No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships.

8) Amendments: Endeavour Collective reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or updates on our website.
