Session-based memberships are structured monthly commitments and are not pay-as-you-go services.
2) Automatic Renewal
All memberships renew automatically each month.
Membership continues until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation procedure.
Non-attendance, injury, illness, travel, or personal circumstances do not pause or terminate membership obligations unless formally agreed in writing by MF London.
3) Cancellation
To cancel membership, members must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to:
info@mflondon.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.
Membership fees remain payable during the notice period regardless of attendance or usage.
Failure to use sessions does not remove payment obligations.
4) Membership Freeze
All members may request one membership freeze of up to 30 days per calendar year.
Freeze requests:
• Must be submitted via email to info@mflondon.com
• Must be approved in writing before taking effect
• Must specify a fixed start and end date
• Cannot be applied retrospectively
• Cannot be extended once confirmed
During a freeze:
• Billing is paused
• Membership remains active
• Contract terms remain in force
• Cancellation notice requirements continue to apply
Membership will automatically resume on the agreed freeze end date.
No reminder will be issued.
If a member intends to cancel following a freeze, cancellation notice must be submitted before the freeze end date.
If notice is not received, membership will reactivate and the contractual notice period will apply from the reactivation date.
Freeze periods do not extend or alter billing cycles unless otherwise confirmed in writing by MF London.
MF London reserves the right to refuse or amend freeze requests at its discretion.
5) Rollover Sessions
Members on 8, 12 or 16 session memberships may roll over a maximum of 10 unused sessions into the immediately following active billing period.
Rollover sessions:
• Are valid only while membership remains active
• Cannot be frozen independently of membership
• Cannot be retained after cancellation
• Expire at the end of the final active billing period
• Cannot be transferred or converted to credit
• Cannot be used during a frozen membership
MF London reserves the right to amend rollover policies with reasonable notice.
6) Late Cancellations & No shows
Session based Memberships:
Late cancellation or no show results in loss of session credit.
Unlimited Memberships:
Late cancellation incurs £2 charge.
No show incurs £4 charge.
7) Open Gym
Open Gym access is included within Unlimited Memberships only.
All members must book into a scheduled Open Gym slot.
Open Gym use outside scheduled slots is not permitted.
Session based members may attend Open Gym by using one session credit.
Access is subject to:
Capacity limits
Programming needs
Operational discretion
MF London reserves the right to amend Open Gym access and scheduling.
8) Fees & Payments
All membership payments are non-refundable.
Membership prices are exclusive of payment processing fees.
MF London applies a card processing fee to all payments made via Stripe or other card payment providers. This fee reflects the direct transaction cost charged to MF London and is passed on to the member.
The processing fee:
• Is clearly itemised at the point of payment
• Is added to each transaction made by card
• Does not apply to payments made via approved bank transfer methods
Members may avoid processing fees by paying via bank transfer where this option is made available.
MF London reserves the right to amend payment methods and associated processing charges at any time with reasonable notice.
9) Non-Usage
Membership is a contractual payment agreement and not a pay-per-use service.
Failure to attend, book or use sessions does not entitle the member to refunds, credits or payment suspension.
10) Discretionary Decisions
Any exception, extension, freeze, credit or adjustment:
Does not amend the membership contract
Does not create precedent
Is granted as goodwill only
11) Contractual Reactivation After Freeze
Where a membership freeze has been agreed, the membership will automatically resume on the agreed end date.
If cancellation notice has not been submitted prior to this date, the contractual notice period will apply from the reactivation date.
Charges during this period form part of the membership agreement and are not usage based charges.
12) Contract Variation
MF London reserves the right to amend membership terms, pricing, schedules or policies with reasonable notice.
Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13) Chargeback and Payment Disputes
Members agree to contact MF London directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
