Follow-Up Physio/ST (30 min)
A shorter session to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure recovery is on track. Perfect for ongoing support and rehabilitation check-ins.
Physiotherapy/Sport Therapy
Physiotherapy/Sport Therapy (60–75 min)
A comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction. Based on the findings, a tailored treatment plan will be prescribed, which may include hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercises, or a combination of both. This service is suitable not only for athletes but also for anyone dealing with everyday injuries or discomfort.
Treatment 30min
Treatment (30 min)
Focused recovery treatments designed to reduce pain, relieve tension, and improve mobility. Techniques may include deep tissue massage, acupuncture, cupping or spinal manipulation — ideal for faster recovery and everyday well-being.
Treatment 60min
An extended version of the 30-minute session, allowing more time to address multiple areas of the body for a deeper and more complete recovery experience.

Follow up-Goal Review
This 1-to-1 follow-up session is designed for our senior private PT clients to review progress, reassess goals, and ensure we’re moving in the right direction together.
During the session, we will:
Review your biometrics and body measurements to track progress and highlight improvements.
Discuss your current goals, any changes in priorities, or new challenges that may have come up.
Evaluate your training plan and make adjustments where needed to keep you progressing safely and effectively.
Provide guidance and support on areas such as nutrition, recovery, or lifestyle habits to help you stay on track.
This follow-up ensures your training stays personal, purposeful, and fully aligned with your goals.
