1. INTRODUCTION

By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined herein. This waiver applies to all gym users, whether members or guests, and covers any and all activities within the premises of Boundary Fitness Ltd.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that participating in physical activities, exercise programs, and using gym equipment carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, permanent disability, and, in rare cases, death. I confirm that I voluntarily participate in such activities and assume all risks associated with them.

3. HEALTH DECLARATION

I declare that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in gym activities. I acknowledge that I should consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program, particularly if I have a history of medical issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or any other condition that could be exacerbated by exercise.

4. LIABILITY WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Boundary Fitness Ltd, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from my use of the gym facilities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. RULES AND REGULATIONS

I agree to comply with all gym rules and regulations, including but not limited to:

-Proper use of equipment as instructed.
-Wearing appropriate gym attire.
-Respecting other gym members and staff.
-Refraining from the use of drugs or alcohol within the premises.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in termination of membership without refund.

6. EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION

I agree to provide accurate emergency contact information upon request and understand that the gym staff are not medically trained professionals.

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

I acknowledge that Boundary Fitness Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings and I agree to take necessary precautions to secure my items when in Boundary Fitness Ltd premises.

8. PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT

I consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken at the gym for promotional or marketing purposes unless I notify the management in writing that I do not wish to be included.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Northern Ireland.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
