EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK & REPRESENTATIONS: I am aware that there are significant risks involved in all aspects of physical training and competition. These risks include but aren’t limited to: falls which can result in serious injury or death, injury or death due to negligence by me, my training partner, or other people around me, and injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment. I am aware that any of the above-mentioned risks may result in serious injury or death to me and/or my partner(s). I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself to and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participating in any activity during the class. I acknowledge that I have no physical impairments or illnesses that will endanger me or others. I agree to use the equipment that RamFit Derby has provided for its intended use in a safe and responsible manner. I agree I will not modify or alter the equipment in any way and I will obey the instructions of the coaches and staff. RELEASE: In consideration of the above-mentioned risks and hazards and in consideration of the fact that I am willingly participating in the Event, I hereby release RamFit Derby and their principal agents, officers, directors, management, employees and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my participation in any activity at the training facility, including those attributed to any allegedly negligent acts or omissions of the above-mentioned parties. This waiver and release of liability shall binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns and transferees. If any portion of this waiver and release of liability is held invalid, I agree that the remainder of the waiver and release of liability shall remain in full legal force and effect. INDEMNITY: I recognise that there is risk involved in the types of activities undertaken in the sport, therefore I accept full and complete financial responsibility for any injury that it may cause either to me or to any other person whether due to my negligence or otherwise. In the event RamFit Derby or anyone acting on their behalf incurs legal fees and costs to enforce this waiver and release of liability, I agree to reimburse them for all such fees and costs. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless RamFit Derby and their principals, agents, officers, directors, managers, employees and volunteers from all liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that results in whole or in part from my negligent or intentional act or omission offered by RamFit Derby. I have read and understand the foregoing assumption of risk, representations, waiver and release of liability, indemnity and termination provisions. I understand that by signing this form I may be waiving valuable legal rights.

RamFit is strongly committed to the security and protection of members personal information, and we do our utmost to ensure privacy. We strive to conform to the UK and European Data Protection Laws and do not share information with third parties. We do not collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you.

We only use members data to manage memberships, provide and improve services and facilities, for communication purposes and to ensure the safety and security of our members and staff. The relevant data that we collect for these purposes includes personal ID, payment details, health and fitness data and gym usage data.

RamFit makes use of third-party software to manage bookings and memberships. WodBoard has their own privacy and data security regarding client information.

o Couples - £140.00 per month (UNLIMITED SESSIONS)
o Unlimited - £77.50 per month
o Limited - £72.50 per month (ANY 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK)

• Photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes – please advise a coach if you DON’T want your image to be used

• RamFit Rules and Safety Procedures
o Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear
o Make coaches aware of any injuries at the start of the session
o Stay hydrated
o Please park considerately when attending the gym
o Outdoor activities (running) are undertaken at your own risk – a treadmill or indoor alternative is always available
o Behave in an appropriate manner and be respectful to others
o Use all equipment safely and properly – DO NOT drop equipment
o Wipe down equipment after use
o Return all equipment to its storage space after use
o Do not use the gym whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol
o If you feel unwell STOP exercising immediately
o Familiarise yourself with first aid and fire procedure
o Report any accidents, injuries or damaged equipment
