Complete our health questionnaire
Book and attend sessions

Enter our gym premises (CCTV)

We use Wodboard as our data processor for membership and health data. Wodboard processes your information securely on our behalf. We also use CCTV recording services for site security.
All third-party providers are contractually required to comply with GDPR and protect your data.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Membership data is stored securely within the Wodboard system
Health questionnaire responses are retained for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period thereafter in line with industry best practice
CCTV footage is stored for a maximum of 90 days

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
Access your personal data
Request correction or deletion
Object to processing
Request data portability
Lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office)
