Complete Active obligations hereunder and the undersigned Members' membership are conditioned upon (i) Member executing this Agreement and initialising as designated and (ii) Member otherwise complying with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the Rules defined below) For purposes of the foregoing conditions, the term "member" shall include each individual ( i.e., spouse and children) included in a membership. Conditioned on the foregoing, operating hours, as established from time to time, and (b) participate in any one or more group classes offered by Wodboard from time to time.
This is not an “open gym” format. By class or appointment-only training, unless otherwise noted.
Our facilities are located at the address of Unit 27 Hightown Industrial Estate, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1ND and Unit 11 Priory Industrial estate, Christchurch, BH23 4HD.

All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds for membership fees.
Memberships will be charged on the first of every month.
All Membership package rates are per calendar month, paid monthly. Complete Membership is subject to a 3 month contractual period paid monthly or in full without early termination.
All introductory offers will automatically renew to a 3 month Complete Membership. To stop this, please email [email protected] and request to cancel before the 15th of the last month of the offer in question. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after this point and the following Complete Membership will need to be completed or paid out upfront for the remaining term.
No Show/Late Cancellation Fee:
Members will be charged a No Show Fee of 1 credit for classes they have reserved, but never showed up to.
Complete Active LTD reserves the right to enforce a £5.00 Late Cancellation Fee for canceling class reservations outside the allotted time window. Notice will be given in good time before enforcements are brought to action.
Complete Membership restricted member bookings to a maximum of 1 x CrossFit Class and 1 x Open Practise Class per day.
All memberships, Class Packs, drop ins and CrossFit Kids terms align with our Complete Membership.
All CrossFit Kids Memberships must be signed off by a parental guardian.
Compliance with Rules:
Members shall abide by all membership and facility rules and regulations established by Complete Active, which may be posted at the facility, provided in writing, or issued orally and which may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of Complete Active (collectively, "Rules"). I agree that improper or unauthorised use of the facility or violation of the Rules may result in member suspension or cancellation at Complete Active's discretion.
This Agreement and the Rules represent the complete understanding between Member and Complete Active. No representations, written or oral, other than those contained in this contract are authorised or binding upon Complete Active.
The member understands there is an obligation to pay the membership fee regardless of whether Member uses the facility. Member agrees to promptly notify Complete Active in writing of any changes of address, e-mail, phone, and/or billing information. At the end of the term of this membership contract, it shall continue in effect on a month to month basis unless new rates have been installed or the member provides notice of cancellation to terminate this contract.
Use of the Facility:
This facility can only be used once all Health questionnaires have been signed and agreed by the client. It is the responsibility of the client to make a coach aware of any health limitations at the start of each class to ensure suitability of the workout is tailored to the participant. The coach holds the right to withdraw a participant in any class where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for them participate for any reason.
Complete Active and it’s staff shall not be responsible for any client injuries caused where it is deemed out of a coaches recommendations. It is the responsibility of the client to take due care when performing any sort of physical activity. When a client may be need assistance with an activity or movement, a coach may assist however the outcome / responsibility lies with the individual partaking in the activity, not the coach.
It is the responsibility of the participant to complete a Fundamentals course if required to learn the essential movements or CrossFit to ensure you are performing in a safe manner. These courses are held on a regular basis and can be booked through the Wodboard app. Please ask a member for staff for more information if required.
Complete Active is open to other members of the public and therefore will not tolerate any malice towards any of its members, visitors or staff. Should this occur, the company holds the right to ban the client in question from the facility and report them to the authorities.
The facility is to be kept in order by all members where possible. Complete Active will take due care to ensure equipment is maintained and replaced where needed and more is purchased as memberships increase. Clients are expected to take care of any equipment used. Where something has been damaged by a client / member due to disregard / carelessness for a piece of equipment it is within the companies right to bill the the client for the cost of replacement.
All matters related to Covid-19 MUST be followed in accordance with UK Government Guidelines. Entry to any Complete Active Premises is strictly prohibited should you or anyone you have been in contact with show symptoms or test positive for Covid-19. admittance to Complete Active will only be accepted with a valid Negative Covid-19 test certificate. Memberships cannot be paused in the event of infection.
Complete Active and its staff hold the right to refuse entry of any member or visitor suspected of infection or close connection with any the Covid-19 virus.
Any new member reserves the right to cancel their membership with a full refund within a 7 day period provided the facility or its entities have not been used.
Cancellation can be requested at any time in writing at [email protected] All members MUST carry out the remainder of their 3 month membership period. This can be paid monthly or in full. Notification of cancellation must be given by the date of the 15th before the 3 month membership period ends to avoid paying for a further 1 monthly period.
If payments are cancelled manually by a member without knowledge of Complete Active, the monthly bills will remain outstanding and may incur daily interest until settled by the member as per the signed contract. Please notify Complete Active of any changes you need before cancelling a payment,
