GRAFT General Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in training at GRAFT involves high-intensity and functional fitness activities that carry inherent risks. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or property damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

Medical Readiness
I confirm that I am physically fit and have no known medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in exercise. If unsure, I understand it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional.

Waiver of Liability
I release and discharge GRAFT Edinburgh, its staff, owners, and coaches from all claims of liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

Equipment and Facility Use
I agree to use all equipment and facilities safely and as instructed. I will report any unsafe conditions or injuries immediately.

Media Release
I consent to the use of photos or videos taken during sessions for GRAFT marketing purposes. (Tick box below if you wish to opt out.)
