**GRAFT Training Ltd – General Liability Waiver**
**Assumption of Risk**
I understand that participation in training at GRAFT involves high-intensity and functional fitness activities that carry inherent risks, including injury, illness, or in rare cases serious harm. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks associated with my participation.
**Unstaffed Training & Access**
I understand that I may access and use the GRAFT facility during unstaffed hours. During these times:
* I am training entirely at my own risk
* No coach or staff member will be present to supervise, assist, or respond to emergencies
* I take full responsibility for my own safety, decisions, and actions while using the facility
I acknowledge that I should only train within my own capabilities and must not attempt lifts or activities that reasonably require supervision.
**Access Control (Fob Use)**
I understand that any access fob or entry system provided is for my personal use only and must not be shared or used to grant access to non-members.
I accept full responsibility for any misuse of my access, including allowing unauthorised individuals into the facility.
**Medical Readiness**
I confirm that I am physically fit and have no known medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in exercise. If unsure, I understand it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional.
**Waiver of Liability**
I release and discharge **GRAFT Training Ltd (trading as GRAFT)**, its directors, employees, and coaches from all claims of liability for injury, illness, damage, or loss arising from my participation or use of the facility, including during unstaffed access, except where such liability arises from negligence or breach of statutory duty.
**Indemnity**
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless **GRAFT Training Ltd (trading as GRAFT)** against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from:
* My misuse of the facility or equipment
* My breach of these terms
* Any unauthorised access granted by me to third parties
**Equipment and Facility Use**
I agree to use all equipment and facilities safely, correctly, and responsibly. I will return all equipment after use and report any unsafe conditions, faults, or injuries as soon as reasonably possible.
**Conduct & Responsibility**
I agree to respect the facility, equipment, and other members at all times. I understand that failure to follow GRAFT rules or misuse of the facility may result in removal of access or termination of membership.
**Security & Premises Use**
I agree to ensure the facility is secured when leaving, including ensuring the entrance door is fully closed. I understand that failure to do so may result in loss, damage, or risk to others, for which I may be held responsible.
**Limitation of Liability**
Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
**Media Release**
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during training sessions and used for GRAFT marketing purposes (including social media and website content). If I do not wish to be included, I will inform GRAFT and reasonable steps will be taken to respect my preference.
**Data & Privacy**
I understand that my personal information is securely stored and only used for membership communication and safety purposes, in accordance with GDPR.
