“Unit 54 GRFT Training Club trading as Joe Tucker Fitness Limited” shall include its directors, agents, employees, fitness trainers, consultants, owners of the land at which Unit 54 GRFT Training Club carries out its activities and volunteers;
“Trainer” means a fitness trainer engaged by Unit 54 GRFT Training Club and
“Users” means those individuals (other than you) that also utilise Unit 54 GRFT Training Club services.
a.     I, the undersigned, am aware that there are significant risks involved in all aspects of physical training. These risks include (but are not limited to):
1.     falls which can result in serious injury or death;
2.     injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, Unit 54 GRFT Training Club or Users;
3.     injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment; and/or
4.     strains and sprains.
b.     I acknowledge that any of these above mentioned risks may result in serious injury or death to myself and or my partner(s) and therefore I agree to carry out any activity at Unit 54 GRFT Training Club with reasonable care and respect for Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees.
c.     I agree to notify a Trainer promptly if I become aware of any equipment failure and will not use the equipment until the Trainer has subsequently confirmed that it is safe to do so.
d.     I agree not to hold Unit 54 GRFT Training Club liable for any claims, demands, actions or rights of action in relation to personal injury or death where personal injury or death has been caused by me to either myself, Users or Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees (either negligently or intentionally):
1.     failing to act with due respect and regard for the safety of myself, Users or Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees;
2.     using Unit 54 GRFT Training Club equipment where I am aware that such equipment may not be fit for safe use; and/or
3.     using such Unit 54 GRFT Training Club equipment that I have not been shown how to use in a safe and correct manner by a Trainer.
e.     I confirm that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the activities offered by Unit 54 GRFT Training Club.
f.      I give full permission for any suitably qualified individual to administer first aid deemed necessary by that individual and, in case of serious illness or injury, I give permission for Unit 54 GRFT Training Club to call for medical and or surgical care for me and to transport me to a medical facility deemed necessary by qualified individuals for my well-being.
g.     If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I also give full permission for any person connected with Unit 54 GRFT Training Club to administer first aid deemed necessary, and in case of serious illness or injury, I give permission to call for medical and or surgical care for the child and to transport the child to a medical facility deemed necessary for the well-being of the child.
h.     When using the indoor and outdoor facilities which are predominately unsupervised, I agree to:
1.     use Unit 54 GRFT Training Club equipment properly, to look after it with reasonable care and skill and to put it back once I have finished using it;
2.     notify a Trainer promptly if I become aware of any equipment failure and will not use the equipment until the Trainer has subsequently confirmed that it is safe to do so and reasonably make other Users aware of the same;
3.     refrain from using equipment and seek instruction from a Trainer if I do not know how to use a specific piece of equipment or machine prior to using that piece of equipment or machine;
4.     not hold Unit 54 GRFT Training Club liable for claims, demands, actions or rights of action in relation to personal injury or death where personal injury or death has been caused by my failure to comply with the above in this Clause h to either myself, Users or Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees (either negligently or intentionally).

Photos and images

Participants involved in any activities offered by Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees (either negligently or intentionally). may be photographed or videoed during training. The undersigned hereby consents to the use of these photographs and/or videos without compensation, on the Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees (either negligently or intentionally) website or in any editorial, promotional or advertising material produced and/or published by Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees (either negligently or intentionally).

Unit 54 GRFT Training Club Obligations and limitations of liability:


A Trainer will show you how to correctly use Unit 54 GRFT Training Club equipment before you will be authorised to use the same.
Subject always to the paragraph below, if Unit 54 GRFT Training Club fails to comply with its obligations in this agreement, it is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of its breaking this contract or its failure to use reasonable care and skill up to a total aggregate value of £2 million throughout the term of this agreement, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. Loss or damage is reasonably foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time this agreement is made, both Unit 54 GRFT Training Club and you knew it might reasonably happen.
Unit 54 GRFT Training Club does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by:
1.     negligence of Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees to you or Users;
2.     for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
3.     failure of Unit 54 GRFT Training Club; or
4.     provision of services with a negligent or intentional disregard for your state of health as notified by you in reasonable detail to Unit 54 GRFT Training Club employees.
Unit 54 GRFT Training Club is not liable for business losses. Unit 54 GRFT Training Club only supplies the services for domestic and private use. If you use the services for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, Unit 54 GRFT Training Club will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Unit 54 GRFT Training Club is not liable for damage or loss to your property that may happen on the premises whether indoor or outdoor, other than the liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.


Privacy and Data Protection:


We will deal with all information we collect, store and process about you in line with our privacy policy which you can get from our website www.unit54grft.com. If you want to know what information we hold about you, or wish to correct any information we hold about you, the applicable procedures are set out in our privacy policy.


General Terms


Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect and the remaining paragraphs will be amended as necessary in order for them to continue to have legal effect thereafter.
This agreement shall be binding upon you, your successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns and transferees.
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the services in the English courts.


I acknowledge and agree to the above and confirm that I have no physical impairments, injuries, or illnesses that will endanger me or others and if this was to change I will notify Unit 54 GRFT Training Club before continuing any further activities or using any equipment offered by Unit 54 GRFT Training Club.

1) Be respectful, welcoming and encouraging to all members especially new faces

2) If you’re unsure how to use a piece of kit or how to do a movement please don’t hesitate to ask staff. Please DO NOT continue if you are unsure of any activity

3) We encourage you to use your open gym membership to develop skills, strength, technique and Mobility. But please respect the equipment, don’t drop Barbell from a height, throw Dumbells and take machines outside if whether is poor

4) Always put kit back to it’s designated place and wipe down if necessary

5) Please keep all areas of UNIT 54 clean and tidy

6) Avoid hogging kit and machines during open gym

7) Listen to coaches / staff - they’re there to help and keep you safe

8) No muddy shoes on the gym floor

9) No food on the gym floor

10) Please remove rubbish from ‘The Coffee Container’ and place in relevant bins

11) The dressing/changing facilities are for your use and we would appreciate it if you leave them how you found them

12) Be safe

PARKING - Please park sensibly in front of the gym. We have kindly been aloud to park further up to the sports fields at busy times by Mr Stuart Minal. Please be respectful and park closet to gym and work your way up parking side by side on hedge side. All parking is at owners risk.

The safety and comfort of our members and staff at UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club a priority. Everyone has the right to be, and to feel, safe. We expect everyone to be respectful to each other and there are no circumstances where it is okay to intimidate or harass another person. 

If any member, visitor, staff or coaches in our gym feel they have been harassed they should speak to a member of the gym management team, if you are unable to do so please email hello@unit54grft.com. Every person and every case will be reviewed in detail then dealt with sensitively and as confidential as possible.  
 
OUR POLICY 
This policy applies to all people who use, access, or provide services in UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club. 
 
It outlines what UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club defines as harassment and our approach to managing allegations or experience of this behaviour in our gym. 


 
HARASSMENT CAN BE DEFINED AS 
- Aggressive pressure or intimidation. 
- Unwelcome attention based on personal characteristics. 
- Conduct which threatens, intimidates, alarms or makes a user uncomfortable putting them at fear for their safety. 
- Physical violence, or direct or inferred sexual threat. 
- Threatening, offensive, unwelcome, abusive verbal language or behaviour. 
 
HARASSMENT CAN BE 
- Direct – to you as an individual from another individual or group of individuals. 
- Indirect – witnessed towards someone else, or a group you are not/ or do not wish to be related or linked to. 
 - Harassment doesn’t have to be about you to affect and impact you. 
 

HARASSMENT EXAMPLES 
There are many forms of Harassment, some examples of these are: 
- Negative, unwelcome, aggressive or detrimental comments about race, heritage or ethnicity. 
- Comments, jokes or suggestive statements about someone’s sexual orientation, gender or identity. 
- Derogatory comments or actions regarding a person’s ability or disability – physical or mental. 
- Exclusive or negative comments, suggestions or behaviours towards a person because of their age. 
- Unkind, negative comments that will offend or embarrass someone because of their size, appearance or fitness levels. 
 
IN FACILITY HARASSMENT EXAMPLES 
Harassment may take on many forms, but in a facility environment all of the above can be seen through unwanted, unreasonable and unnecessary behaviours that have a negative impact on another person or even group of people. 
 

SEXUAL HARASSMENT EXAMPLES 
There are many forms of Sexual Harassment, some examples of this are (this list is not exhaustive): 
- Unwelcome physical contact – touching, patting, pinching, stroking, kissing, hugging, fondling or inappropriate touching. 
- Physical violence, including sexual assault (as defined by the Crown Prosecution Service/Sexual Offences Act). 
- Sexual comments, jokes or stories that offend or humiliate a person or group of people. 
- Unwanted comments on a person’s looks, dress, sexuality, age or gender in a derogatory or objectifying way. 
- Repeated unwanted flirting or flirting at an inappropriate time which could be deemed to undermine or damage a person’s reputation. 
- Lewd behaviour such as leering, whistling or gesturing.  
 
IN FACILITY SEXUAL HARASSMENT EXAMPLES 
Harassment may take on many forms, but examples of this in a facility environment are: 
- Uninvited correction of another member’s form or technique when training. 
- Taking unsolicited photographs or videos of another person. 
- Excessive watching or staring at another person – directly or via mirrors. 
- Continuously exercising next to or near to another person or following them around the facility. 
- Sending or sharing of unwelcome personal images to any other person. 
- Unwanted flirtation or sexual advances. 
- Commenting on other people’s body, looks or clothing (appearance). 
 
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED HARASSMENT OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR 
If you feel you have been the victim of harassment by a member or employee, where appropriate you should discuss this with them directly. If this is not possible or you are uncomfortable to do so, you should report it to the Gym Management immediately. We will then commence an investigation which will follow the company procedures and may include: 
 
- Report the allegation to gym management within the gym. 
- Taking a statement from you about the incident. 
- Discussing allegations with the individual they are against and use efforts to preserve confidentiality.  
- Reviewing the initial allegations with the owners to agree any immediate action. 
- The alleged individual may be suspended from the facility whilst a full investigation is carried out. 
- A full investigation meeting (via phone or video call) may be arranged with you, with notes of the discussion taken. 
- CCTV footage will be reviewed (if available). 
- Statements/notes will be taken from any witnesses (if available). 
- A review and recording of any written or other evidence (text, email, social media posts etc) may be conducted. 
If, after investigation there is sufficient evidence to support the allegations we will do everything possible to ensure any actions are handled in a timely and just manner, or close proceedings if there is insufficient evidence to support the allegations. 
- Inform all parties of the outcome. 
- Offer mediation (if appropriate) to enable and support both parties to move forwards. 
- If the incident is referred to the Police, we will cooperate in full with all requests. 
 
POSSIBLE OUTCOMES OF MEMBER INVESTIGATION 
If following an investigation of an incident, there is a belief that the user had acted with poor judgement or made an innocent error – a warning, apology and education may be the appropriate action to take. 
 
If, however, the investigation provides evidence that there has been direct or indirect intentional harassment, a formal sanction may be issued. Sanctions will be in line with the following guidance: 
 
- A warning of potential ban for a second offence or a severe first offence. 
- Immediate ban and/or termination of membership for user
- Referral of the incident, with consent of the aggrieved, to the police. 
 
OTHER BEHAVIOURS UNIT 54 GRFT TRAINING CLUB WILL NOT TOLERATE
If we believe that a member / user has acted in a way that we deem inappropriate or in anyway goes against the ethos of UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club we have the right to terminate a membership with immediate effect. We may issue a verbal or written warning before considering an immediate termination, however this will be at the discretion of UNIT 54 GRFT Training club owners.

Conduct that this includes but is not limited to are;

- Threatening and/or offensive behaviour and/or language towards members, staff and/or members of the public
- Breaching the gym contract
- Committing a criminal offence / being subject to a criminal investigation
- Inappropriate photography / videography


 

Terms and Conditions for Membership at UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club trading as Joe Tucker Fitness Limited.

Effective Date: From official opening date (TBC)

Summary of Key Terms
– Membership Fees: Payable on the 1st of each calendar month via card payment through Stripe.

– Cancellation Policy: A 30-day notice period is required for membership cancellations. Monthly memberships cancelled during the notice period are not eligible for refunds.
– Class Fees: £2.50 for late cancellations (within 2 hours) and £5 for no-shows.
– Privacy: Personal data is processed securely via Stripe and WOD Board in compliance with GDPR. Data is retained for 7 years.
1. Membership and Payment Terms
1.1. Membership fees are payable on the 1st of each calendar month via scheduled payment using a debit or credit card. Payments are processed through Stripe via the WOD Board app.
1.2. Only card payments are accepted. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
1.3. Should payment not be received promptly, WOD Board will automatically suspend the member’s account, preventing class bookings until the balance is rectified.
1.4. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, the account will be marked as abandoned, and membership will be terminated.
1.5. Memberships include up to 48 weeks of access per year, allowing for gym closures or holidays. Members receive the remaining 4 weeks at no additional cost.
2. Cancellation Policy
Justification for 30-Day Cancellation Policy:
Our 30-day cancellation policy ensures operational continuity, aligns with our monthly billing cycle, and allows us to maintain high-quality services for all members. This period enables us to allocate resources effectively, fill vacated membership spots, and ensure financial stability to cover fixed costs such as staffing and equipment maintenance. Members retain full access to facilities during the notice period, ensuring value for their final month of membership.
2.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted either through your membership account on WOD Board or our enquiries form on our homepage https://www.unit54grft.com/
(Requests sent via Social Media, email, or to personal accounts are not valid.)

2.2. The 30-day notice period begins on the date the completed form is received. Membership fees remain due during this period.

2.3. Monthly memberships cancelled during this notice period are not eligible for refunds for unused days.

2.4. Members will receive a confirmation email once their cancellation is processed.
3. Class Booking and Attendance
3.1. All classes must be booked in advance via WOD Board.

3.2. Late cancellations (within 2 hours) incur a £2.50 fee.

3.3. No-shows incur a £5 fee.

3.4. Members are responsible for marking themselves as attending. If unable, they must notify the coach.

3.5. Class fees are charged in the next billing cycle.
4. Refunds and Cooling-Off Period
4.1. Refunds for overpayments or admin errors will be issued.

4.2. A 14-day cooling-off period applies under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Charges apply for services delivered during this time.
5. Chargebacks and Arbitration
5.1. Members must contact UNIT 54 GRFT Training first before initiating a chargeback. Use hello@unit54grft.com. 

5.2. Any chargeback initiated without prior contact may result in membership cancellation and a lifetime ban.

5.3. We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If required, we agree to binding arbitration under UK law to settle unresolved issues.
6. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
6.1. UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club complies with GDPR. We use WOD Board and Stripe for secure data and payment processing.

6.2. Stripe encrypts all payment data and is GDPR compliant.

6.3. Members may access, correct, or delete their data.

6.4. We retain data for 7 years for legal and insurance purposes.
6.5. Marketing consent is collected via WOD Board and can be withdrawn at any time.
7. Annual Membership Price Increase
7.1. Membership rates will be reviewed annually.
From 1st April each year, they may increase in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

7.2. Members will be notified at least 28 days in advance.
8. Membership Pauses
8.1. Membership pauses are available only for documented medical reasons.

8.2. Membership pricing accounts for up to 4 weeks of gym closures or holidays each year.
9. Unforeseen Closures
9.1. In the event of closures due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to provide alternative services (e.g. online or outdoor sessions).
10. Amendments to Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

10.2. Changes will be communicated via WhatsApp and WOD Board.

10.3. Continued use of membership indicates acceptance.

Waiver and Release of Liability


“UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club trading as Joe Tucker Fitness Limited” shall include its directors, agents, employees, fitness trainers, consultants, owners of the land at which UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club carries out its activities and volunteers;
“Trainer” means a fitness trainer engaged by UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club; and
“Users” means those individuals (other than you) that also utilise UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club’s services.

Gym and Fitness Facilities:
a. I, the undersigned, am aware that there are significant risks involved in all aspects of physical training. These risks include (but are not limited to):


1. falls which can result in serious injury or death;


2. injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees or Users;


3. injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment; and/or


4. strains and sprains.


b. I acknowledge that any of these above mentioned risks may result in serious injury or death to myself and or my partner(s) and therefore I agree to carry out any activity at any of the premises of UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club or where UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club’s provides its services with reasonable care and respect for Users and UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees.


c. I agree to notify a Trainer promptly if I become aware of any equipment failure and will not use the equipment until the Trainer has subsequently confirmed that it is safe to do so.


d. I agree that UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club will not be liable for any claims, demands, actions or rights of action in relation to personal injury or death where personal injury or death has been caused by me to either myself, Users or UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees (either negligently or intentionally):


1. failing to act with due respect and regard for the safety of myself, Users or UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees;


2. usingUNIT 54 GRFT Training Club equipment where I am aware that such equipment may not be fit for safe use; and/or


3. using such UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club equipment that I have not been shown how to use in a safe and correct manner by a Trainer,

and I agree that I will not bring any claim or action against UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club for any of the scenarios detailed in this Clause
d and I waive all rights in respect of any such claims.

e. I confirm that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the activities offered by UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club.


f. I give full permission for any suitably qualified individual to administer first aid deemed necessary by that
individual and, in case of serious illness or injury, I give permission for UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club to call for medical and or surgical care for me and to transport me to a medical facility deemed necessary by qualified individuals for my well-being.

Sauna, Ice Baths and Outdoor Wellness Facilities:

a. I, the undersigned, am aware that there are known and unknown risks, dangers and hazards involved when using a sauna and ice bath that may cause personal injury, death, property damage and/or loss. These risks include (but are not limited to):


1. exposure to hot and cold temperatures;


2. dehydration;


3. burning;


4. exposure to hot equipment;


5. exposure to airborne illnesses;


6. increased and/or decreased internal body temperature;


7. rapid change in body temperature if one is used straight after the other;


8. falls due to slippery surfaces caused by water and condensation; and


9. damage to personal property due to the exposure to hot temperatures.


b. I agree not to hold UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club liable for any claims, demands, actions or rights of action in relation to personal injury, death, property damage and/or loss where personal injury, death, property damage and/or loss has been caused by me to either myself, Users or UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees (either negligently or intentionally) where I have:


1. failed to act with due respect and regard for the safety of myself, Users or UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees;


2. failed to comply with the provisions of Clause l below;


3. used the sauna and/or ice bath when I am aware that they may not be fit for safe use; and/or


4. misrepresented my physical and mental capability to UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club by falsely confirming the provisions in Clause k below.


c. I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable to use a sauna and an ice bath and further confirm that I will:


1. consult my GP before using the sauna and/or ice bath:


i. if I suffer from a cardiovascular condition;


ii. if I suffer from a chronic condition which reduces my ability to sweat;


iii. if I am taking medication which affects my blood pressure or which predisposes me to heat rash;


iv. if I have a pacemaker fitted; and/or


v. if I have any other specific health concerns,
and will only proceed to use the sauna and/or ice bath if my GP has confirmed that it is safe for me to do so.

2. not use the sauna if I have a fever;


3. not use the sauna and/or ice bath if I am pregnant or breastfeeding; and


4. not be under the influence of any drugs, alcohol or any substance which may affect my mental or physical health, (drugs and alcohol are not permitted on the premises whether indoor or outdoor and I acknowledge and agree that UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club reserves the right to remove me from the premises at any time if they suspect that I am under the influence (at their sole discretion)).


d. When using the outdoor wellness facilities which are predominately unsupervised, I agree to:


1. use the sauna and ice bath properly and in accordance with any rules or guidelines that are displayed on the premises and to look after them with reasonable care and skill;


2. not use the sauna for longer than the recommended time;


3. notify a Trainer promptly if I become aware of any hazard and will not use the sauna and/or ice bath until the Trainer has subsequently confirmed that it is safe to do so and reasonably make other Users aware of the same;


4. discontinue my use of the sauna and/or ice bath if I feel dizzy, lightheaded or heat exhausted;


5. not permit my child if they are under the age of 12 to use the sauna and/or ice bath, but if they are between the ages of 12 and 18, I shall accompany them at all times; and


6. not hold UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club liable for claims, demands, actions or rights of action in relation to personal injury or death where personal injury or death has been caused by my failure to comply with the above in this Clause l to either myself, Users or UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees (either negligently or intentionally) and I waive all rights in respect of any such claims.


My Financial Responsibility:


In the event I cause any personal injury or death to myself, Users or UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees due to my negligence and actions set out in clauses (d) and (j) above, I accept full financial responsibility for such personal injury or death.  
Should Users or UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees or anyone acting on their behalf incur legal and other professional fees and costs as a result of this agreement being enforced based on my negligence and actions set out in clauses (d) and (j) above, I agree to reimburse them on demand in whole for such fees and costs.
I further agree to fully reimburse UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club on demand for damage to its property (including but not limited to parks, recreational areas, playgrounds, areas adjacent to main building, and/or any area selected for training by UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club) and equipment that has resulted from my negligent or intentional actions or omission while participating in activities offered by UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club.


UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club’s Obligations and limitations of liability:


A Trainer will show you how to correctly use UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club’s equipment before you will be authorised to use the same.
Subject always to the paragraph below, if UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club fails to comply with its obligations in this agreement, it is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of its breaking this contract or its failure to use reasonable care and skill up to a total aggregate value of £2 million throughout the term of this agreement, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. Loss or damage is reasonably foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time this agreement is made, both Farm Fitness Ltd and you knew it might reasonably happen.
UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by:

1. negligence of UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees to you or Users;


2. for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;


3. failure of UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club equipment (provided that it is used in accordance with the terms of this agreement); or


4. provision of services with a negligent or intentional disregard for your state of health as notified by you in reasonable detail to UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club employees.

UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club is not liable for business losses. UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club only supplies the services for domestic and private use. If you use the services for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club is not liable for damage or loss to your property that may happen on the premises whether indoor or outdoor, other than the liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.


Privacy and Data Protection:

We will deal with all information we collect, store and process about you in line with our privacy policy which you can get from our website www.unit54grft.com or from our premises. If you want to know what information we hold about you, or wish to correct any information we hold about you, the applicable procedures are set out in our privacy policy.

General Terms

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect and the remaining paragraphs will be amended as necessary in order for them to continue to have legal effect thereafter.
This agreement shall be binding upon you, your successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns and transferees.
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the services in the English courts.


I acknowledge and agree to the above and confirm that I have no physical impairments, injuries, or illnesses that will endanger me or others and if this was to change I will notify UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club before continuing any further activities or using any equipment offered by UNIT 54 GRFT Training Club.
