Please note: These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the Waiver you have already signed. By becoming a member of HART CrossFit Limited (“the Gym”), you agree to the following:
1. Membership Agreement
1.1. Your membership is with HART CrossFit Limited.
1.2. By signing up, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Types
We keep memberships simple. Options are explained at purchase and visible in your member profile.
Introductory Memberships – Available only to first-time members and can be purchased once. These auto-renew into a monthly membership unless cancelled.
Monthly Memberships – Run on a rolling basis, billed on the 1st of each month. You can cancel with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.
Class Packs – A set number of classes with an expiry date (shown at purchase). Non-refundable once activated.
3. Payments
Membership fees must be paid in advance.
If payment fails, access to the gym will be suspended until fees are up to date.
Any collection costs (e.g. debt recovery fees) will be passed on to you.
4. Freezes & Pauses
Memberships may be paused for:
Pregnancy
Medical injury/illness (doctor’s note required for pause over 4 weeks)
Redundancy
Requests must be emailed to hartcrossfit@gmail.com. We cannot backdate pauses.
5. Cancellations & Cooling Off
Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice before the next billing date.
If cancelled late, one final payment will be taken and access continues until that billing cycle ends.
New members joining online (not in person) have a 14-day cooling-off period for a full refund.
6. Gym Rules & Conduct
Respect staff, members, and equipment at all times.
Unsafe, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate termination without refund.
Proper gym attire and footwear must be worn.
7. No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Cancel at least 2 hour before class if you cannot attend.
No-shows for 12 per month membership = Lose that class
8. Health & Safety
Training involves risk of injury. By joining, you accept responsibility for your own health and fitness.
Always seek medical clearance if unsure about exercise.
Follow coach instructions and use equipment properly.
9. Liability
HART CrossFit Limited is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence.
We are not liable for lost or stolen belongings.
Our total liability (except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence) is limited to a reasonable amount.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
If the gym must close for reasons outside our control (e.g. fire, flood, government restrictions), memberships may be paused or cancelled. No compensation will be due.
11. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in line with UK Data Protection law.
Details are used for membership management, safety, and communication.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled by the English courts.
