Our pricing is based on the number of active members in your gym. We count this as customers who have a paid or free membership, have a class pack that they use in that month, or drop-in for a one-off class. Unlike other providers we don't charge for customers with a class pass that don't show up that month.
Yes! We offer a free trial for all new customers. During this period, you'll have full access to all features and can test the platform with your actual gym data. No credit card required to start your trial.
Absolutely! Our team provides hassle-free data migration. We'll help you transfer your member data and payments across from your current system. The migration can be completed within 24 hours.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). For member payments within your gym, we integrate with Stripe and GoCardless for seamless payment processing.
Tax or VAT is added on to the monthly fee where we're required to by law. At time of writing this applies to businesses & individuals in the UK, and individuals in the EU. Businesses in the EU use the reverse charge mechanism.
